1. Who we are
Salcedo Frozen Goods is a frozen goods store in Barangay Pag-Asa, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. This website lets you see our prices, reserve products online and pick them up in the store. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what your rights are under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
2. What we collect

We do not ask for, and we do not store, your GCash PIN, bank details or card numbers.
3. Why we use it
- To create and protect your account (including emailing you a verification or password reset code).
- To process your reservations and orders, prepare them and tell you when they are ready for pick-up.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To contact you about an order, for example when an order was not picked up.
- To improve the store, using your feedback.
We use your information only for these purposes and only with your consent, which you give when you create your account.
4. Who can see it
The store owner and staff who handle orders can see your account and order details. We do not sell your information. To run the website we use these service providers, who handle data only to provide their service:
- PayMongo – processes GCash payments.
- Resend and Google (Gmail) – send the verification and password reset code emails.
- Railway – hosts the website and its database.
- Cloudflare – delivers the website and protects its address.
- Your browser’s push service (for example Google for Chrome) – delivers order notifications if you allow them.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is active. Order records are kept as long as needed for the store’s records and for refunds or complaints. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal information, except records we still need to keep.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising cookies. We store small items in your browser (such as being logged in, your cart and your last remembered email) only to make the site work.
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable measures, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No website can promise perfect security, so please use a strong password and keep it private. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct information that is wrong (you can edit your name, email, contact number and photo in your profile);
- object to or withdraw your consent to the use of your information;
- ask us to delete or block your information;
- claim damages if you were harmed by the misuse of your information; and
- complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
9. Children
Our online ordering is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to create the account for you.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If the changes are important, we will tell you on the website.
